On behalf of the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho, welcome to our exciting 2024 Boise Parade of Homes. It is an honor to put on this event each year for the community and we could not do it without your continuous support. We are all so grateful to everyone who takes the time and visits us in the beautiful Treasure Valley during the Parade.
As in years past, there is something for everyone offered during the show. Design trend inspiration for a remodel or refresh of your current home, furnishing or landscaping to spark new ideas and you may even find the new home perfect for you. Our Boise Parade of Homes truly showcases the best in our home building and trade partner talent, and we look forward to sharing that with you.

I moved to Boise when I was eight years old and heard a radio ad for the Boise Parade of Homes. I begged my mother to take me. There, I saw plant shelves for the first time, and my life was changed. Since that day, I’ve only missed attending the parade one time and I vowed I’d never miss it again. I love the sites, the smells and the excitement of all the “new” in the air. The parade of homes ignites the curious and feeds the inspiration that we all crave. Our homes are our grounding sanctuaries that help us gather our families together at meal times. The feelings of safety and security they provide us are essential to our mental and emotional well-being. Our homes are our place of belonging.
We acknowledge the dream of home ownership and are fighting every day to keep housing in our Boise Valley affordable. Your ticket purchase is a donation to help us do just that, as we are dedicated to the responsible development of our communities. The Boise valley is known for its kind people, its love for outdoor recreation, and for its manufacturing & tech industries. May I add to that list and say how proud we are of our valley’s rock-solid building industry and for everyone’s strong dedication to help build Boise better. Our homes are quality-focused and design driven. Each year, our BCASWI Parade Committee dedicates two hours, twice a month to the production of not just one, but two parades (Spring and Fall) every year. We honor this service to our community and make it our #1 goal to connect you to the builder, designer, trades and materials of your dreams.
We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has contributed to this amazing event. We invite you to get your tickets and be ready to explore new communities, new floor plans, and new kitchen designs, while dreaming about your next entertaining spaces, primary retreats, and playrooms.
